El Invitado de Honor...

I broke out my best Spanglish for that one, people.  Now, some like to call her the Mexican Mami...Loretta Berretta...Fajita90281...you could call her by her actual name, Alisa...but I prefer AUNTIE MEXICOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!  Auntie Mexico in the HIZOUSE as the guest of honor! 
 

We drank, we ate, and we laughed...

El Invitado de Honor sat at the head of the table and looked very posh...or something...wrapped in my fuzzy blanket...

The hub sat on the couch and eavesdropped on our demented conversations while he snuggled little Sam...

Avery got plenty of QT with Auntie Mexico before she hit the hay...i.e. the pack 'n play...for the night (Avery that is...Alis got a bed)...

On Friday, Al/Avery, Alis, Bentley & I headed to Auntie CeCe's Mom & Dad's...Casa de Tannous...for a day at the pool!  As usual we overdid on the food, but we had a fab day in the sun ~ the weather was perfect but the company was better!  Bentley napped on the way there and he certainly needed it for all of the swimming and playing he did!  He also had his first taste of hummus and like a true Armenian babe he loved it, sticking his whole fist in the bowl!

My little guy was pruney and exhausted at the end of the day, but of course had energy for some pasta before bed...

We had a fun couple of days with the Aunties...and someday I can see us sitting around with our cats and dogs, husbands out golfing, getting into trouble like this old bitty...



I can see it now...mother of 5, grandmother of 12, drunk by 7!! Mmmmm, cervezaaaa! Adios!
