A Little Family Time!!

Our schedules have been CRAZY since Memorial Day weekend ~ we have literally had plans EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND, and it continues through the end of this month.  This weekend?  BOOKED.  The following weekend?  BOOKED.

It was nice when the hubs got home from work the other day and after mowing the lawn he and Bentley had some nice golf time together.  Chris would hit balls across the yard...Bentley would follow him...and then he would chase the balls down and pick them up...

He of course took a couple of swings of his own...

The town cleaned up this area about 1/2 mile or less from us and put in a nice little park, so its nice to take a family walk down there...we rocked the double stroller and Bentley loved it!

The "greenhouse" is actually a 'natural' water treatment facility for the contaminated river water.  Inside of it are HUGE bins with water-friendly plants floating on top and the river water filters in and is somehow miraculously treated in these big containers.  I think its called "canal restoration" or something.  Pretty neat.  And I guess they'll be having concerts and events there so although it may not be our type of music, it will be fun to walk the kids down, bring a few cocktails, and let Bentley dance around!
