Baby B had a playdate on Monday with his friends Wes and Lucas.  My usual chill, happy, photogenic baby was a fussy mess and I had a feeling something was up - by Monday evening he had a 102+ temp and was  NOT a happy camper!  We had a long, sleepless night and headed to the Drs. on Tuesday AM.  His temp was gone and he had no other symptoms - clear ears & lungs, no cold - and the Dr. said it may just be a little virus coming on.  The rest of the day Tuesday and into Wednesday he was still off and not sleeping well at naptime or at night.  Thursday morning he woke up with a cold and was a boogery mess all day.  He developed a cough overnight and by Friday was sounding like he smoked a pack of cigs a day.  Poor bugger!!!  On Friday night his temp was back up to 102.7 and he was a disaster!!  Back to the Drs. this morning and the poor little guy has double ear infections!  The lil man wants so desperately to be his usual happy self that he was deleriously clapping while sitting on the Drs. table, wanting to feel better.  We started his amoxicillin this morning so fingers crossed he'll start feeling better soon.  Nothing like double ear infections right before Easter!!  We even had to miss out on cousins' easter egg coloring on Friday. :(  Here's what's going on at the Strazz house today...he's a snotty, coughing mess but he wants soooo badly to feel better...
