I just love the look of this house. If we had to "name" our future property it would be a modern farmhouse. Funny enough, in Grafton there are a couple of homes that are very similar looking. This first one is actually on the market but for the money (It's WAY out of our price range anyways) the inside is nothing to write home about...
Not sure why these pictures are coming up so screwy and they aren't aligned properly. Anywho. There is another similar house near this one in arguably the most beautiful area of Grafton. So naturally, with Auntie Age one day, we krept...I drove and she snapped...This one is set back with some shrubery in front but my photographer did her best...
As you can see, its a sneaky house that's tough to get good pics of. But I love it and its really in a beautiful part of Grafton at the top of a hill and its near Grafton Land Trust. I don't foresee it going on sale and if so, it won't be within our price range, so that's why I'm out looking for inspiration photos to share with you and document for myself!
There is one more place from a backyard perspective that I have to share ~ care of Beach Bungalow 8. This entire place was built green-friendly but the pic I want to show you is the beautiful back of the house and the yard set up...
Anywho, I'm chanting modern farmhouse, modern farmhouse hoping it will bring good energy!
